2020 PERFORMANCES

The Deborah Vial Band

Deborah Vial is a Dallas transplant living full time on Maui for the last 10 plus years with her wife/guitar player/music producer, Caron Barrett.  After spending many years abroad performing in every manner of venue-from tents in Macedonia to a Tex-Mex restaurant in Helsinki, the girls settled on Maui to sit back and stay awhile.

Gretchen Rhodes

American singer/songwriter Gretchen Rhodes has long been a fan favorite – and it’s easy to see why. Rhodes’ unique, soulful blend of blues and rock always gets audiences on their feet, singing, dancing and joining in the fun. While trained in the classical tradition, Rhodes has found her passion fronting rock and blues bands.

Cheryl Rae Wahine Week 2017

Cheryl Rae

Rae is a singer/songwriter who has recorded and performed with Henry Kapono and producer Bob Rock. She has shared the stage and opened for Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson, and War, and toured Southeast Asia with Gilbert Louis of the Adaptors. She was the Music Director for the annual Seabury Hall Craft Fair, having worked with a variety of artists from Pat Simmons, Gail Swanson, Micheal McDonald, as well as many local musicians.

Gail Swanson Wahine Week 2017

Gail Swanson

Maui-based singer/songwriter Gail Swanson has opened for Melissa Etheridge, Lisa Loeb, The Doobie Brothers, Leon Russell, David Crosby and CPR, Jon Anderson from YES, The Radiators, Cecilio and Kapono and has done numerous shows with Willie Nelson and Pat Simmons. Her fourth CD “Living in a Movie” won a Hawaiian music award, a “Na Hoku Hanohano” for Best Rock Album of the Year.

Lily Lee Wahine Week 2017

Lily Lee

Lily Lee Pickering was born in New Zealand and raised on Maui. For the past seven years she has been performing locally, and recently produced an EP containing five originals that are on SoundCloud. She is a current senior at Seabury Hall and is in the decision phase of where to take her next step in her music career.

YumYum Beast is an original rock band from Haiku, Hawaii featuring the talents of Matthew Del Olmo, Justin Morris, James Bowersox, and John Micheal Jelliffe. YumYum Beast writes and performs original songs and sound-scapes, creating their sound with drums, bass, guitar, acoustic lap steel, and 5 string banjo. YumYum Beast’s main focus is to bring people together and to connect people with the band and with each other.
